By accessing and using GlassHunter, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
GlassHunter is a mobile application and web platform that allows users to track, catalogue, and share their UK pint glass collections. The service includes features such as glass logging, M number tracking, location stamps, social features, and achievements.
GlassHunter offers premium subscriptions with the following options:

All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. GlassHunter does not process refunds directly.
If a free trial is offered, you will have access to premium features for the trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
You retain ownership of any content you submit to GlassHunter, including photos, descriptions, and other information. By submitting content, you grant GlassHunter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the service.

The GlassHunter service, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by GlassHunter and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, GlassHunter, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
GlassHunter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlassHunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or via email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
